Hello my name is Mrs. Tasha Baxter! I grew up in Amarillo, Texas. Where I attended San Jacinto Christian Academy for High School. Upon graduating High School I attended Odessa College, where I recieved my Associate of Arts degree. Then it was on to Tarleton State University where I studied Human Sciences with an emphasis in Child Development! After graduating college I returned to Amarillo, Tx where I met my future husband Lance. We have been married for five years. We have two amazing children Laney who is 4. She will start Pre-K at a big girl school, as she calls it. Starting in August. Then there is Brodey he is three and will be attending a private preschool 3 days a week! After graduating from College I recieved my first job as a Family and Consumer Science Agent for Texas Cooperative Extension. I was employed with Texas Cooperative Extension in Perryton, Texas for almost two years. Until Laney was born and that is when we dicided I needed to be a stay at home mom until they researched school age! Then we moved to the big town of Sweetwater, Tx where we currently live! Since the kids are getting closer to both being in school full time. I decided it was time we started working on my Master's in Family and Consumer Science education degree at Texas Tech University. Go Red Raiders! My tentitave graduation date is Fall of 2012! When I am not completing homework for my degree. Some hobbies that I participate in with my family and alone are:going to the gym, reading, playing outside, watching my daughter play soccer and riding horses!
